FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell the books directly?
Most of the books on Biblioland are listed through affiliate partnerships with major retailers and publishers. When you click 'Buy' on a product page, you'll be taken to the retailer (e.g., Amazon, the publisher's site) to complete your purchase. Read our affiliate disclosure for details.
Why don't I see prices on every product?
Prices for affiliate products are shown on the retailer's site at the time of purchase. We do this so you always see the most accurate, up-to-date pricing โ including any retailer-specific discounts, regional variations, or edition differences.
Are the recommendations honest?
Yes. Our editorial choices are independent of our affiliate relationships. We recommend the books we'd genuinely suggest to a student or colleague โ including, sometimes, free or open-access resources where we earn nothing.
I'm an IMG preparing for USMLE Step 1. Where should I start?
Read our guide to passing Step 1 as an IMG. It walks through the timeline, eligibility, and the most common mistakes IMGs make. From there, our resource breakdown will help you choose the right combination of books and question banks.
Do you cover other exams or specialties?
Yes โ we're expanding. Currently our deepest coverage is USMLE Step 1 for international medical graduates. We plan to add Step 2 CK, Step 3, MRCP, MCCQE, and other major medical exams over time. Tell us what you'd like us to cover next.
How can I suggest a book or resource?
Please send us a message. We genuinely review every recommendation, and we frequently update our editorial picks based on reader feedback.
Is there a Biblioland newsletter?
We're working on it. In the meantime, check our blog for new study guides, exam strategy posts, and book reviews.
