Thank you for shopping at Biblioland.co, operated by Newcomy LLC. Because we sell digital products (e-books), our refund policy reflects the nature of these goods.

- Digital Products โ All Sales Final
- All e-books on Biblioland.co are digital downloads delivered electronically. Once an order is completed and the download link is delivered or accessed, the sale is considered final and non-refundable, since digital products cannot be "returned."
2. Exceptions โ When Refunds May Be Granted
We may issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted, unreadable, or technically defective and we cannot provide a replacement.
- - You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate transaction).
- - The product description was materially inaccurate.
- - The download link did not work and we could not resolve the issue within 7 business days.
3. How to Request a Refund
Submit your request within 14 days of purchase to support@biblioland.co with:
- Your order number
- - The name and email used at checkout
- - A clear description of the issue (screenshots if applicable)
We respond to all requests within 3โ5 business days.

4. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, your license to the e-book is revoked and any further use is prohibited.

5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery actions.
