Thank you for shopping at Biblioland.co, operated by Newcomy LLC. Because we sell digital products (e-books), our refund policy reflects the nature of these goods.

  1. Digital Products โ€” All Sales Final
  2. All e-books on Biblioland.co are digital downloads delivered electronically. Once an order is completed and the download link is delivered or accessed, the sale is considered final and non-refundable, since digital products cannot be "returned."

2. Exceptions โ€” When Refunds May Be Granted

We may issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted, unreadable, or technically defective and we cannot provide a replacement.
  • - You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate transaction).
  • - The product description was materially inaccurate.
  • - The download link did not work and we could not resolve the issue within 7 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Submit your request within 14 days of purchase to support@biblioland.co with:

  • Your order number
  • - The name and email used at checkout
  • - A clear description of the issue (screenshots if applicable)

We respond to all requests within 3โ€“5 business days.

4. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, your license to the e-book is revoked and any further use is prohibited.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery actions.
