Biblioland.co sells digital e-books only. No physical items are shipped.
1. Delivery Method
After successful payment, your e-book is delivered electronically via:
- A secure download link sent to the email address used at checkout, and
- A download button on the order confirmation page.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery is immediate in most cases. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification.
3. International Delivery
We deliver e-books worldwide. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes since the product is fully digital.
4. Did Not Receive Your E-Book?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm the email address used at checkout.
- Contact support@biblioland.co with your order number — we'll resend your link within 24 hours.
5. File Formats & Compatibility
E-books are delivered in standard formats (PDF and EPUB). You are responsible for using a compatible reader or device.
6. Failed Delivery
If we cannot deliver your e-book due to incorrect contact details, we are not responsible for non-delivery, but we will assist as soon as you contact us.
