1. Overview
This website is operated by Newcomy LLC ("we", "us", "Biblioland.co"). By accessing or using biblioland.co you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.

3. Products — Digital E-Books
Biblioland.co sells digital e-books delivered electronically. You acknowledge:

  • Products are delivered via download link or email after successful payment.
  • You need a compatible device or reader (PDF, EPUB, etc.).
  • Files are protected by copyright laws.

4. License (Personal Use Only)
With each purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and read the e-book for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or re-upload the file.
  • Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works.
  • Remove copyright notices or DRM.

Violations result in immediate license termination without refund and may trigger legal action.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you also accept Stripe's Terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors).
  • Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

6. Order Confirmation & Delivery
After payment, you will receive an email containing your download link or access instructions. International delivery is electronic and typically immediate. If you don't receive your e-book within 24 hours, contact support@biblioland.co.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on biblioland.co (text, logos, images, e-books) is owned by Newcomy LLC or its licensors and protected by international copyright laws.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass security or access unauthorized areas.
  • Upload viruses or harmful code.
  • Use bots or scrapers without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newcomy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
